All incoming students will be evaluated. Evaluation test will be scheduled by office staff once application is completed. Acceptance Letters will be mailed.
UNIFORMS
All student are required to wear a uniform.
St. John Fisher School has partnered with Norman’s Uniforms. Please follow this link Norman’s School Uniforms (normansuniforms.com) to place an order.
St. John Fisher School understands some parents are not able to purchase new uniforms and has created a Uniform Exchange Program. Please call the school office for more information.

DISCOUNTED TUITION
Active Registered Parishioner Tuition Discount. The discounted tuition rate is available for families who are registered with St. John Fisher Church, attend Mass regularly as indicated by the use of weekly offering envelopes or Faith Direct coupons and participate in the sacraments and parish activities. Families who are not registered parishioners at the time of enrollment are required to pay the full non- parishioner tuition rate. Once registered in the Parish, there is a six (6) month waiting period to show parish support before reducing tuition to registered parishioner tuition rates.
We encourage any family who needs tuition assistance to apply for aid through the FACTS online process.
FACTS ONLINE TUITION MANAGEMENT
All payments for tuition and fees must be made through this online site. No tuition payments will be accepted at the School or Parish Office. Families that have yet to register in FACTS can click on the “SIGN UP FOR FACTS HERE” button below to register. Once you are on FACTS landing page, click on “Parent Log In”. Select Payment Plans from the drop down. You will be prompted to create a username and password and to set up your payment plan. In the event FACTS is unable to debit your account for the tuition due, you will be assessed a $30 returned – payment fee by FACTS, in addition to the $25.

ANNUAL FEES / FUNDRAISING CONTRIBUTIONS
Registration Fee (formerly known as General Fee)
A non- refundable fee of $800 per student is due and payable on July 1. This fee helps cover textbooks, program licensing, software, hardware, student insurance, School Speak communication system, earthquake/disaster fee, standardized testing and AAYF materials.
Capital Improvement Fee (One-time/Per NEW family)
A non-refundable fee of $500 is due upon acceptance of Student application to attend the School. This fee is assessed for each new family registering to the School so that new families may contribute to recent/current/future capital expenditures, such as maintenance and improvement of the facility, as all returning families already have done.
PTO Fee
A non-refundable fee of $100.00 is due from each family on July 1. This fee helps cover costs for all PTO organized events and hospitality, including but not limited to Back To School BBQ, new families orientation welcome event, etc.
Graduation Fee (8th grade only)
A non-refundable fee of $375.00 is due from each 8th grade student on July 1. This fee includes a yearbook and helps defray expenses for graduation dinner, gown, diplomas, academic awards, etc.
Yearbook
$50 per book per student is due and payable on July 1.
Jog-a-thon
$125.00 per student is due and payable on July 1. This includes Carnival wristband.
Spring Gala/Auction
$300 per family is due and payable on July 1. This includes dinner tickets for two (2).
Class Fund.
A non-refundable fee of $75.00 per student is due and payable on July 1. Class funds help defray the cost of student enrichment activities organized by each room parent. This includes but not limited to red ribbon treat, class activity projects, catholic school week, international day, California day, end of year party, etc.
Incidentals and Other Miscellaneous Fees. Incidental charges including but not limited to sports fees, drama, extended daycare and any additional activities will be assessed and billed through FACTS based on participation.
