ANNUAL FEES / FUNDRAISING CONTRIBUTIONS
Registration Fee (formerly known as General Fee)
$800 per student non-refundable fee is due upon enrollment. This fee helps cover textbooks, program licensing, software, hardware, student insurance, School Speak communication system, earthquake/disaster fee, standardized testing and AAYF materials.
Capital Improvement Fee (One-time/Per NEW family)
$500 non-refundable fee is due upon acceptance of Student application to attend the School. This fee is assessed for each new family registering to the School so that new families may contribute to recent/current/future capital expenditures, such as maintenance and improvement of the facility, as all returning families already have done.
$100 non-refundable fee is due from each family on July 1, 2019. This fee helps cover costs for the phone directory printing, Back To School BBQ and hospitality.
Graduation Fee (8th grade only)
$300 non-refundable fee is due from each 8th grade student on July 1, 2019. This fee includes a yearbook and helps defray expenses for graduation dinner, gown, diplomas, etc.
$50 per book per student is due and payable on July 1, 2019.
Jog-a-thon. $125.00 per student is due and payable on July 1. 2019. This includes Carnival wristband.
$300 per family is due and payable on July 1, 2019. This includes dinner for 2 at $200.00 value, plus $100.00 Hawaiian Raffle Tickets.
Pali Science Camp Field Trip Fee (6th grade only)
$550 per student is due and payable on October 1, 2019.
Catalina Island Marine Institute (CIMI) Field Trip Fee (7th grade only)
$350 per student is due and payable on March 1, 2020.
Incidentals and Other Miscellaneous Fees. Incidental charges including but not limited to sports fees, drama, extended daycare and any additional activities will be assessed and billed through FACTS based on participation.
PAYMENT OF TUTION AND FEES
There are two options for payment of tuition:
- Payment in full by August 1.
- Enroll with FACTS our tuition management company. Families are able to view their account and have 24/7 access. Ten tuition payments will be withdrawn starting in September and ending in June.
Active Registered Parishioner Tuition Discount. The discounted tuition rate is available for families who are registered with St. John Fisher Church, attend Mass regularly as indicated by the use of weekly offering envelopes or Faith Direct coupons and participate in the sacraments and parish activities. Families who are not registered parishioners at the time of enrollment are required to pay the full non- parishioner tuition rate. Once registered in the Parish, there is a six (6) month waiting period to show parish support before reducing tuition to registered parishioner tuition rates.
The Parent Agreement, which you sign each year states: I understand that the discounted rate is for parish members who help support the parish through weekly attendance at Mass as indicated in the following ways:
Make your gift using traditional envelopes for cash or checks. Envelopes must be handed in at Saturday/Sunday Mass to indicate participation. Envelopes should not be submitted or mailed to the Parish Office. There is no set dollar amount required in the parish/weekly envelope.
2. Online Giving
Signup for automated giving with your debit or credit card via Faith Direct. It is secure, convenient and no cost to you. Join today by visiting www.faithdirect.net. Our parish code is CA436. You will receive coupons from Faith Direct to use at Mass.
Tuition rate will be evaluated and adjusted if necessary prior to the beginning of each trimester.
